ORDERING

How do I order from Madam Kwan’s Delivery online?

Ordering on our website it very simple. You may place your order directly without registering, or register as new user for history records. Next, pick your favorite dishes, and select between delivery or self pick-up, choose the nearest restaurant outlet, and subsequently make an online payment to process the order.

Can I save my delivery addresses and my recent orders?

Yes, you can! Take a moment and create an account on our website. In your personal profile, you will be able to view the delivery address and your last few orders within few seconds!

How will I know if Madam Kwan’s has received my online order?

An order confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address once your order has been submitted and payment is being accepted. (If you cannot find the email in your inbox, please check your ‘Spam/Junk’ folder or call our outlet directly if you require further assistance)

Can I order Madam Kwan’s Delivery via the website without creating an account?

Yes, you may order and check out without creating an account, however we would recommend you to register with us for ease of all future orders. As a registered user, your details are saved and you will be able to review past orders easily.

Is Madam Kwan’s Delivery available across Malaysia?

Our delivery coverage is within 10km travel distance from all our restaurants within Klang Valley. 

For areas outside of coverage, please contact us at [email protected] to check on availability for special deliveries arrangement. Additional delivery charges may apply

What is the operating hours for Madam Kwan’s Delivery?

Madam Kwan’s is available for delivery from 11.00am to 9:30pm from Mondays to Sundays including public holidays.

How much time does it take for Madam Kwan’s Delivery to arrive after order confirmation?

Your order will be delivered within 60 minutes. We will notify you if there are any delays due to any unforeseen circumstances

Does Madam Kwan’s Delivery offer the same menu as dine in?

Menu options for Madam Kwan’s Delivery vary from restaurants’ in-store menu due to quality concern.

What are the payment options available for Madam Kwan’s Delivery?

Can I order dishes for delivery that is not available on your Delivery Menu online

Can I pre-order for delivery? How do I proceed?

Yes you can. You can select the date and time after you have selected your order for delivery.

REFUND/ CANCEL/ MISSING ITEM

Can I make changes or cancel my order after placing an order?

There is no refund, change or cancellation once the order has been confirmed or the payment has been made.

What should I do if my order arrived with missing items?

Please contact our restaurant (number can be found on our website) to inform of your missing item. We will arrange for the items to be delivered to you soonest

The product quality is bad. I would like a refund on my order.

Please contact our restaurant on the feedback immediately for further investigation.
